What is a Heat Pump
A heat pump is a device that moves heat from one place to another using a refrigeration cycle. It can provide both heating and cooling, making it a versatile and energy-efficient option for residential or commercial properties.

Benefits of Heat Pumps
Lower running costs than traditional systems
Reduced carbon emissions
Eligible for government incentives (e.g. Boiler Upgrade Scheme in the UK)
Long lifespan (15–25 years)
Installation Process
1. Survey & Design
A qualified installer assesses your home to choose the right heat pump size and type
3. Installation
Fit the heat pump unit, connect to your heating system and electricity supply
2. Preparation
Clear space for the outdoor unit (air source) or prepare groundworks (ground source). We will also upgrade radiators if needed.
4. Testing & Handover
The system is tested for safety and efficiency and the installer shows you how to use it and provides certificates and warranties.
